The crocuses are pushing, and soon the forsythia will begin to bloom, then it’ll be time to head outdoors, clean up the yard, and decide which outside project to tackle first (let’s see, there’s painting, putting in a new sidewalk, some much-needed landscaping, cleaning and treating the deck, and more painting, just to name a few!). This old house is a money pit and I’m so ready to move off Main Street and out into the country. It would definitely be a smaller house and we’d probably hold a big yard sale to get rid of about half of what we own (why do we have all this stuff, anyway?). For now I’m stuck inside. Plenty to do in here, too, although I spend more time than I should on the computer. I did get the basement cleaned up after the water incident, and that motivated me to finish putting together a book for a friend, so I think I’ll go be productive!
