Thunder

Standard

We had our first thunderstorm of the year last night.  Well I guess it qualifies as that, the loud crack at 1:30 in the morning that woke me up and sent me to the den to turn off the computer.  I don’t think winter’s over yet, though.  There will probably be one last hurrah of snow which will melt quickly once the sun comes out.  I doubt we’ll get to use the rest of our passes to ski at Blue Mountain.  Winter has never flown by so quickly, and I’m sure that skiing has something to do with that.

In other news Pennsylvania is likely to figure prominently in the democratic primary.  This morning I was reading about the Colombian incursion into Ecuador and some of the documents they found on the rebel leader’s laptop.  That these types of groups appear to want Obama to be elected can’t help his campaign, that’s for sure.
